Purchase cashback applies only to orders placed through the Smarter website. Orders and invoices created in the dashboard or admin app do not earn cashback, even if visible in your account.
Points are calculated on product value after offer, coupon and points discounts. Shipping is excluded. Fractional purchase points are rounded down.
Placing or paying for an order alone is not enough. Purchase points are awarded once the order is both fully paid and delivered, then its waiting period applies.
Combining loyalty with coupons or offers depends on each offer. If loyalty is excluded, you cannot earn purchase points or redeem points with that offer. Check your checkout summary.
Loyalty must be enabled for your account. Excluded accounts, including designated trade accounts, cannot earn or redeem points. Pending points cannot be spent; redemption requires signing in.
When an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, its purchase points are reversed and redeemed points are restored through order processing. Related review rewards may also be reversed.
Cashback is a points balance for product discounts on future orders, not cash for withdrawal. Minimum redemption and maximum discount limits apply at checkout.
Displayed figures come from current program settings. Purchase points and waiting periods are set for the order; redemption value follows the settings in effect when points are spent.
